Return Policy

A customer can return any product purchased on our website for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund; however if the product is defective, you can exchange it through our customer service department (link here).

To be eligible for a refund in the 30 day window, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), this includes any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery is not eligible for a refund.
